Each client seeking personal training in has unique goals and objectives they want to achieve, sometimes within a set timeframe.
The reasons behind choosing personal training can vary greatly, often being personal to each individual. Some people are looking for customized programs to lose weight or get in shape for an upcoming event or holiday, while others may be tired of their current workout routines and want to be pushed further and held accountable. Some simply need motivation and support.
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, personal training can help you reach the next level.
1-1 Personal training sessions
In our personal training sessions, we will work progressively towards whatever your goal may be.
1:1 Personal training
Whether that is fat loss,muscle gain, maintenance, fitness,body recomposition, or even if it’s just getting you started in a gym!
This will all be tailored to your fitness levels and experience!
These sessions will be based in Powerzone gym.
Check ins and App
This will include weekly check ins with myself at no extra cost.
This will help us to track your progress together so you can see how your body is transforming.
With the online check ins ,you will have free access to my app ”kahunas” which is also FREE to install!
Online coaching :
Online coaching is an amazing for clients and helps them reach their full potential without the pressure of worrying about what to eat or what to do in the gym. Everything is powered by the app which is super easy to use and will allow you to view everything with just a tap.
Nutrition Plans
These change each month and they are tailored to clients individually. When you sign up ,there will be a form to sign where it gives you chance to put into detail what your likes /dislikes are so we can create a plan that is going to be easy for you to follow!
Workout Plans
These can either be home based or inside any gym that your in currently.
Each will be set to your unique goal, level of fitness, intensity and personal preference.
The app allows you to view your workouts and track what weight your lifting throughout each exercise.
Weekly check ins with me
You will be able to check in each week with myself this gives you a chance to see and reflect on how your getting on with plans and seeing how your progressing each week!
24 Hour ongoing support
I will be available to answer questions anytime of the day! Just shoot me a message if you have a query and I’ll answer to the best of my knowledge
New to the gym?
“What if im too anxious/ scared?”
If you’re anxious about starting the gym or not knowing what to do, that is absolutely fine and totally normal! I’ve been there and it can be intimidating.
I can meet you outside of the gym door before your session or if you just want to come for a look around I can give you a free
induction and show you around!
